Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the A$450 website launch offer from UVUNTU Digital, a service of UVUNTU Health Pty Ltd (ACN 667 861 252). By paying the deposit you agree to them. We have kept them in plain English; if anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.

1. The offer

• The offer is A$450 for ten places. It closes on 15 November 2026, or earlier once the ten places are taken. A place is held when we receive your deposit.
• Prices are in Australian dollars. UVUNTU Health Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

2. What is included

• A website of up to five pages: Home, About, Services, Gallery and Contact. We can rename pages to suit your business.
• A logo for your business, supplied as files you can use elsewhere.
• One domain name, registered in your name, for one year. A .com.au domain requires an ABN or ACN.
• Business email on your domain, up to five addresses, for one year.
• Hosting and an SSL certificate for one year from the day the site goes live.
• A site that works on phones and is set up for Google: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and business details.

3. What is not included

• Online shops, booking systems, customer logins, payment processing and anything else that needs a database. We are happy to quote these separately.
• Writing your content. You supply the text, photos, services and contact details, and we fit them to the design. We will tidy wording and fix typos, but we do not write pages from scratch unless agreed and quoted.
• Stock photography or paid fonts, unless you ask for them and approve the cost.
• Ongoing marketing, paid advertising or search engine campaigns.

4. Payment

• A deposit of 50% (A$225) holds your place and starts the work.
• The balance (A$225) is due on the day the site goes live, before we connect your domain.
• If you change your mind before we start design work, we refund the deposit in full. Once design work has started, the deposit covers the work done and is not refundable.

5. Changes and revisions

• Two rounds of changes are included before launch. A round is one list of changes sent together, which we then apply in one go.
• Changes beyond the two rounds, or changes requested after launch, are charged separately. We quote them up front and start only when you agree.
• Adding pages or features beyond the five included is quoted separately.

6. Timing

• We aim to have a first design ready within ten business days of receiving your content and deposit, and the site live within four weeks.
• Timing depends on content arriving and feedback coming back promptly. If we have not heard from you for 30 days, we will pause the project, and the deposit covers the work done to that point.

7. After the first year

• Hosting, your domain and email continue after the first year at a monthly fee. We will confirm the fee in writing at least 30 days before your first year ends.
• You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, we hand over your domain and site files so you can host them elsewhere, and nothing further is charged.
• If the renewal is not paid, we may take the site offline until it is. Your domain stays registered in your name.

8. Ownership

• Once the balance is paid, the website, its content and the logo are yours. The domain is registered in your name from the start.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to use any text, photos and logos you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• We may show the finished site in our portfolio and say that we built it, unless you ask us not to.

9. Our responsibilities and limits

• We will build the site with reasonable care and skill, keep it hosted and secure for the first year, and fix any defect in our work at no charge.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your content, by services we do not control such as domain registries, email providers or search engines, or by changes you make to the site yourself.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

• We use the details you give us only to build and support your website and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share them. Enquiries sent through this site are emailed to us and kept only as long as needed to reply and deliver the work.

11. Changes to these terms

• The terms that apply to you are the ones published when you pay your deposit. We may update these terms for future customers.
